Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Student grant money should be tied to academic success and parental income. If you fail you get no more chances. You have to be at a reasonable school leaving level to start university. That was the system in England. An IQ below 120 meant you were unlikely to get into university, certainly with government support.My university was paid by my father, my Masters by me, but we had money.

I have not read the whole bill but I do think there are caveats, we will see. The U.S. is so freakin' backwards in so many areas.
