Yes, on one hand happy to be a part of the gender who didn't contribute to it, but on the other hand sad that a softer, more diplomatic loving egalitarian outlook wasn't permitted to be included, as that might have made a big difference in solving the world's problems. If writings such as "the gospel according to Mary" etc., were to have been included, one has to wonder how it would have affected humanity.

Just wasn't the right time for equality in that section of the world and we have all suffered the consequences. This is why I believe IF there is to be a new religion in the world, it must be of humanity as a whole, not separated by gender and ethnicity.

Too bad women weren’t allowed to contribute. The quality of storytelling would have been improved immensely, particularly as a sequel to the Song of Solomon, or the stories of Ruth and Esther told in the first person.
