I like to walk at dusk, so in summer I do walk after dinner, but in winter, I walk before dinner since it gets dark at 6pm. I do notice it's not good for my digestion to sit back after eating a big meal.. So, I agree with the article, about it being better to walk after dinner. Guess I'm going to have to adjust my dinner time to earlier in the winter.
Or put on more clothes and a head light.
