Unfortunately, the NY Times wants me to pay a regular subscription fee.
However, if your synopsis is correct, it is encouraging. 45 has brought far too many frivolous law suits against people, and then attempting to win on sheer cost.
I find that the NY Times page wants people to subscribe, usually after they have already accessed the site once or twice over a certain time period. Sometimes there is no subscription request.
But, yeah, it is frustrating when the subscription pop up comes up.
