without conferring with any of the officers already on the scene.
Then he rallies a posse and charges into the building.
Then they encounter the culprit who is inexplicably discharging
a gun in a place where there are no people. Then they do not follow
any protocols, and just start blasting.
This is pure Hollywood, it is all staged.
