Only 10 years older than me, so that makes me want to enjoy every day I have even more. I only attended one Jimmy Buffett concert as a "parrot head" but I still remember the fun! Some of Jimmy's songs (Margaritaville) are sung often in the beach side tiki bars we have here, and I'm sure I'll hear it or another song when I go out tonight.

Several of Jimmy Buffett songs are in my "exercise music" song list, and many of his songs drift into my mind unexpectedly when I have some thought come into my mind. In fact last light "Changes in Latitudes" drifted into my mind as as bicycling along the coast, for no particular reason. Gotta wonder if that was about the same time of his last exhale of breath. Usually a song takes over my thoughts because of something I've seen or heard, but I remember wondering why I started reciting the words of that song unexpectedly. Then several hours later, I heard of his death.

He will definitely live on through his music for a long long time. Just feel good music!
