She has a Phd in Political Science. She really researches her story content. She practices old fashioned journalism and focuses on getting the story right and correct.
Once in a great while she will get something wrong, and without prompting or threat of a lawsuit she does an on air clarification/explanation to put things right. She has ethics, which is so rare these days in a figure of the news media.
