Why are posts being deleted?

I have been getting several notifications that say...

"Name" liked your reply to a comment on a post that has been deleted.

Anyone know why that happens?

Yes, I know... "Admin, I asked this question WEEKS ago". Well, it took that long for me to get enough time to debug the issue (and fix it). Sorry for the delay and inconvenience.
