It was people like actor Susan Sarandon and the like who after their chosen man, Bernie Sanders, was not nominated would vote third party or sit out the election. The believed this was a righteous decision. For far too long liberals have concentrated on the presidential elections ignoring local and state elections. Here in Texas 17% of eligible voters came out to vote in our March primary. THEY chose who we will be voting for in November. I agree with Beto O'Rourke that Texas is not a red state or a blue state. It is a nonvoting state.

The behavior of the Progressive wing, Citizens United, and the Russian interference give clear demonstrations of why democracy if bullshit. (and all the rest, the Electoral College whose duty was to refuse psychotics from gaining high office, the gerrymandering, the voter suppression and intimidation, the vote stealing, culling voters off voter rolls...)
