I'm with you on that. Just the other day I saw a cat in a yard of an apartment house across from me, and asked this guy on the porch if it was his. He said, and I quote exactly, "No, and if I ever get my hands on it I'll kill it." What an ass hole!
@Ray13 Well, if the cat ever ends up dead report him to the authorities.
@HippieChick58 Don't have too much confidence in the authorities, at least around here. A guy at work was telling about shooting feral cats in the woods behind his house, and when I called the human center they said that unless I saw him shoot them or had him recorded saying that there was little they could do. That sucks.
A quite interesting thought, I wonder what a musician would do with this.
