i wouldn't say i am nothing without a cat, but i am less without a cat. cats bring out the best in me. cats bring out the best in my dog, too. she goes up to my biggest cat and nuzzles his chest. he puts his arm around her and kisses and bathes her. cats improve everyone and everything.

I am, and I am enough. Just me. I love cats, plan to always live with one, but even if I don't, I am still enough and still me. I am defined only by me. Nothing else matters.
