#MeToo is looking more like a #MaybeYouToo because of how it is selectively applied to people of different political affiliations. Wonder if we can be given a set of guidelines on how and who to pick to believe versus who deserves due process? This is just one of the many reasons a man like Donald Trump actually won the highest office of the land. Consistency and principles are lacking from both sides of the aisle and most Americans are fed up with both parties. That's why we have low turnout of voters, they know it's a waste of time to vote for any of them.

@jorj The University records are being withheld by the University. It's also claimed they are not personnel records but instead are records of meetings. The national archives is where personnel records are held and Biden has asked that those be released. I'm sure I'm wasting my breath because it seems obvious you want him to be evil.Biden is my least favorite candidate but he is so much better than trump.
Biden has access to his own records. If he wanted them released, they'd be released. The university isn't holding them hostage.
It is claimed that there are no personnel files there but how do we know that for sure?
It seems more likely to me that a politician would point to the set of records that has no damaging information and encourage us to look there and claim that this other set, which is being kept from us, contains nothing that we are looking for, nothing to see here.
I'd maybe believe him if he weren't keeping secrets. His rational for keeping the records sealed is that he doesn't want his records to be used against him while running for public office. Well that's exactly what they are for. So that there is a record of how you have behaved and what you have done. If you are attempting to become president, it is more vital for the people to see your records than it is for any other person.
Everyone deserves due process...
