After watching hours of this impeachment inquiry I just don't see what charge the democrats think they can make stuck on Trump. Unless something real is revealed later this whole process has just been a waste of time and money. How does hearsay from hearsay about hearsay quantify an actual legal procedure? Guess the dems realize they can't beat Trump with anyone that is acceptable to the donors so they need some other way to try to win the POTUS office back. At this point trump 2020 is already decided IMO. Any thoughts or evidence I'm missing?

Wow I must have watched the fake hearings. I did not see what you say at all. He will definitely be impeached, that we all agree on, Regarding the crime itself, we now link Pence into this circle of covert government by Trump. If you believe Russia is a better nation than the USA, I hurt inside for you. But it is happening all over, you are not the only one. I see a lot of people happy with the USA relying on authoritarian governments more than democratic. My own brother believes Russian News is real and our own CIA is corrupt. If you agree with this , forgive, but you must leave this great nation.

Both parties need to accept the basic requirement of democracy, which is "loser's consent". That principle was rejected by the GOP when Obama was elected. The Dems rejected it with the election of DJT.

Hearsay evidence can be used if it all hangs together and is corroborated.
If two mafia thugs walk into a shop and tell the owner, "Nice shop you have here. Too bad if it burned down or if someone would get killed in here. Good thing my associate and I are selling insurance for just those kinds if incidents." No quid pro quo of money changing hands or services rendered is necessary for the crime of bribery or extortion to have occurred. Just the threat is the crime. This is similar to what Trump did by asking a foreign country to get involved in our elections.
