Taxation should be tied to the ratio of the CEO to the line worker. At 100X => 75%, 200X = 90%, 300X => 95%, 400X => 99% or something similar.
CEO's of companies that are especially egregious should be enrolled in a lethal lottery. Two of the worst 50 are summarily dispatched each year (until the rest of them 'get it.', as a matter of national security and basic ethics.
I think I hate the cartoon, every company I've ever worked at the "owner" didn't really pull their own weight.
Owners should be removable by the labor force when they become entitled to driving their own company into the dirt without regard to the employees that actually cause the company to function.
Corporate bosses are no different. I was told I got a promotion 6 months ago. Still haven’t changed my title in the HR system, filled my old position or given me a raise or new job description, just increased my duties. I don’t think they’d get away with it with union employees in the plant.
