Supplements - I've never been huge into supplements. I was always a little bit worried about the long term health benefits. I would always tell myself that I'll take them when I'm old and really need them.

I think that day is here. What do you guys/gals like, that works and is relatively safe?

I mean, they're not regulated by the FDC so proceed with extreme caution. I work in military medicine and we have training after training about the health risks of any supplement. That said, I see people at the gym twice the size of me lifting roughly the same weight and I often scratch my head so I appreciate the question. I continue to avoid them with the exception of occasional protein bars and shakes.

I just take a daily multi-vitamin.
Sometimes I'll drink a high quality sugar free energy drink like Bang if I need a boost.

I tried a couple things in the last few years. Neither one did anything.

I like getting my nutrients from food sources ... But I do take vitamin C supplements in the winter...

Yeah, that's been my stance for the most part. But these days it's harder to stay lean. Strength is still there, but the leanness and the energy aren't what they used to be.

@DocJon I drink plenty of milk and get lots of sunshine ??
