For those that arn't familiar, a form of the problem of evil states that because there is an unnecssary amount of evil in the world, God does not exist, or he is atleast not all-loving, all-powerful, or all-knowing.

If there's evil, so there is good...but, both are concepts.So, instead of saying that there is a helpless, careless god, better say that there is none.
Lol, the unanswered questions are the ones that made me leave religion. When you ask a question about the infallible word of god, and your 60 year old pastor tells you that you need to pray about it-it means he is clueless.

I am in a 12-step recovery program, and I hear people say that all the time. I think just telling someone you don't know is a much more honest answer.
