I think it might be a Mahonia - fragrant early yellow flowers.

I have no idea other than a plant in a pot, sorry.

Certainly reminds me of what we call "tree of paradise" (NOT!) around here. Actually the Chinese Sumac, a prolific tree, seed and root reproduction. Insidious, fast growing. Key to ID is pinch/crush a leaf. Does it stink? Reminiscent of walnut leaves but worse. Not something you want to cultivate if that is what it is.

The picture is a little fuzzy went zooming in for leaf Can you try to get a better close-up with the leaf pattern I might be able to use one of the apps to identify

Nice looking shed! Very British! (Would look better with black hinges 😉) What is planted on the other side of the door?

This looks like a possible match

No, not even close. @CaroleKay knows.

What app did you use?

@Donto101 Thanks, mate.

Looks like this tree which I photographed at the San Francisco Botanical Garden.

It's a weed tree. It could have been the home of another plant in the pot previously (that English Ivy?) and a nearby invasive tree species dropped seeds and one fell there. Are there similar trees sprouting in the garden? Or a similar very large tree nearby? Tree seeds can travel quite a distance and come up everywhere. I would toss it roots and all and utilize the pot, or nuture the good plant that is now under it. 😀

Posted by KateOahuI saw some pretty flowers on a walk today. I’d never seen a white Hibiscus before. And I do not know what the pink flowers are.
