I love growing plants from seed, it's a challenge but it feels much more rewarding than just buying plants at the store and popping them out of their plastic packs and sticking them in the ground - plug and play.
You must be a very parient man . And I agree , they do look healthy !
I think I planted them where they get too much afternoon sun. I'm going to start at least 50 seeds this winter and if I'm successful, I'll Plant the seedlings back around our "creek bed" in semi shade.
@bigpawbullets Sounds lovely . Someone gave me a gift of one , which I put in my morning-side planter . I think even only getting the morning sun , is a bit too much for it . It's most certainly not happy about the heat .
