I run a local plant share. We meet once a month, first thing Saturday morning for only an hour or so and share anything garden related. Some people bring snacks, drinks, coffee. I usually bring donuts or homemade bread. It's a great way to meet other gardeners, recycle your items, plants and produce. It benefits the community and the earth. Here are some pics from our last shares. We are in So Cal so we are very succulent heavy, lol. We raffle off the better items (for free) at the closing of the event. It's a lot of fun!
I am part of a half acre community garden with 16 members. We share tasks and seeds and produce. The best part is when We Gather on patio furniture at sunset to talk about our day. Not everybody makes it every time but there's always a good showing. Gardeners range in age from eight to 96!

Posted by KateOahuI saw some pretty flowers on a walk today. I’d never seen a white Hibiscus before. And I do not know what the pink flowers are.
