Into the pot tonight to render down as another batch of tomato based sauce. Various types of tomato, basil, onion, garlic, okra, and some mutant pepper from Linda's coworker's garden. I'm assured that this winter I'll have visions after consuming this particular batch:

The smaller one are way more favorable.
Update: Linda came home from a singing performance and announced; "I'm eating some of that, right now!". She mixed some with leftover brown rice and shredded parmesan cheese. I got the big "thumbs up" so it must be ok.

What is wrong with the edit tool @Admin? The word should be cooking and I can't fix it, damn.
I just wish my tomatoes would spend a little less time growning new leaves and a little more time making ripe tomatoes
