I hope the loquat tree is strong enough. The seminal Indians used to plant their pumpkins next to Oak trees for them to grow up. And I know people that grow passion vines up trees and mulberry trees That’s a one of the practices in food forests grow your vines up your trees. Dragon fruit is good for that too.
Im sure it is. The owners are vietnamese. They have been planting veggies climbing loquats for decades. They hve around a dozen loquat trees with a couple veggies growing under each. Very creative
I used to use some of my trees as support for my loofas, that kind of looks like what that is, but almost all of the squash /gourds have similar leaves and fruit.
They do look like loofas. We grew loofas back in Brazil. I should plant them again
Picking the ones on top is gonna be a b**ch. I am not a fan of ladders.
What's a bench got to do with fruit picking?
