I ordered heating pads and a tripod plant light this morning. So excited! I've been really diligent with the plants that I brought indoors under my bulb lights, and they've been doing better. I can't wait to see what my plant babies do with this more nurturing setup. ☺

Very exciting. Next fall I would like to be ready with grow lights, if not an entire frickin' greenhouse.

That’s pretty cool looking. How tall is it?

Interesting. I haven't seen one like this before.

That's more exciting than the lamp I bought

I do. My setup is not as elegant as yours will be. 😉 But I've had success starting seeds and wintering over tropicals we like to have on our patio in the summer. This is a spare bathroom in our house. Cedar planks on the bath-tub...

@bigpawbullets Nice!

@FlippantLlama
We are avid gardeners. This is a process that has worked well for us in starting seeds for the garden.
< No, I didn't eat all that peanut butter. My neighbor has teens living in their house. >
But those peanut butter plastic jars are great little greenhouses. No watering required after the first time. The bottom shelf in that window is "cat territory"... nothing is allowed to be put there, says the cats.

@FlippantLlama
None have in the three years I've done this. And I use peat pots & potting soil. They form greenhouse ecosystems.

Posted by KateOahuI saw some pretty flowers on a walk today. I’d never seen a white Hibiscus before. And I do not know what the pink flowers are.
