My winter garden is producing well now: snow peas, green onions, spinach and beets. Today's task: making borscht. The weather is erratic and we're having some days in upper 80's with wind, so I made some temporary shade to finish off the beets. It's working well to prevent wilting on hot afternoons. These vinyl panels get a lot of use for support for vining plants and shade. I tried the wood ones, but they don't last.
