If we were closer I would give you a piece of plumeria, one can never have too much plumeria.

I've got one in the big pot that I sunk in the ground. That way I can bring it indoors when the cold weather comes. It is starting to just get leaves now.

@Redheadedgammy I saw it. My father said they look like antlers without their leaves. You can break off a branch and plant it to make more.

I think you should consider hiding that utility box with a couple of shrubs...perhaps expand the border of the mini-rock-wall to include it...then put a shrub in front of it?

I even covered one of mine with a hollow pedestal...then put a Sundial on top...the utility people never complained! (I've moved in 2015...but I still have pics on my old computer...ask me for them if interested...)

I planted the bottle brush right in front of them as they tend to get tall and wide. I figured they would help hide those ugly boxes. Thanks for your idea of the hollow pedestal.

@Redheadedgammy I like what you did in the corner; made the low rock wall abut against the wooded fence. I recommend the same thing for that "island" garden....just include that ugly utility box; that'll also save you mowing being the island (or weed-whacking) Hiding that box should be easier once the island is made in to a peninsula.

Are you doing any veggies? It looks like you could certainly do a few tomato plants!?

Posted by KateOahuI saw some pretty flowers on a walk today. I’d never seen a white Hibiscus before. And I do not know what the pink flowers are.
