Today I share with you something that neither I nor the person holding the plant has ever seen before. That is in a combined 💯 years of using our eyes - neither the person holding the plant nor myself have seen "String of Pearls our Beads" flower!

Interesting! Do all the little 'ball's open into the pretty little flower?

No. They seem to grow on a sepate stalk but I'm beginning to have a suspicion that she has something else in the pot. The strings frequently do not root but if you look closely the flower stalk looks to come from the soil - apart from the one upper left which looks to have pearls attached. I noticed that a lot of the pearls had splits as if they are dessicated.

Posted by KateOahuI saw some pretty flowers on a walk today. I’d never seen a white Hibiscus before. And I do not know what the pink flowers are.
