Do you enjoy the courting process, or would you rather skip it and go straight to a relationship, if you could?

They are part of the same thing. Your question, to me, is non-sensical.

I enjoy it, and not in a rush, while I would love a forever partner, there is no way I am bringing that pressure into a newly met situation. I think one of the terrible things rom coms give us is this date must be the one instead of hey, we are shopping here looking for something we have a mutual like for, not can we play iron chef and force a great outcome?

I really enjoy the courting process. It's the time to figure out if you're right for each other without making a full commitment of marriage. Typically it's the time where people have the most fun getting to know each other and doing all the things for the first time as a couple.

@Radu Courting is the dating process.

I did, and do enjoy it. It was to my detriment that I went so quickly from 1st husband cheating, leaving me with a 2 and a 3 year old, to my 2nd husband; then the really bad boyfriend between #2 and #3. After leaving the 3rd husband, I spent a lot of time alone. I dated casually or had FWB. As I slowed the process more, I realized I missed the dating days of getting to know each other, writing, talking, sharing photos. I met people from significant distances several times. I’m lucky at present; met a man here in my hometown, my age, and we spent a few weeks talking before going out. Now we see each other nearly every day.
