I am part of the TikTok crowd. I make vids every now and then, & they generally reflect my mood or internal struggles I am going through. Here lately Bipolar disorder has been kicking my can. I mostly feel lonely and worthless. Like my mind tells me nobody wants me. Anyways, here is a link to my latest vid. I am sorry I do not post often. I really have lost interest in so much lately.

I'm sorry you feel lonely, I know how much that sucks. I think everyone feels that way sometimes. You say you have bipolar disorder. Are you doing everything you can to keep it in check? I struggle with depression and have done so for decades. I know that if I'm not eating and sleeping well that I can easily fall into a severe depression. Also, I don't know much about bipolar disorder, but during the "down" cycle it may be easier for others to get your attention and help remind you to remind yourself that how you feel will pass. We are glad you're here and hope you check in with us more often., All my best to you, from someone who knows the struggle is real.
