Uneventful day, many projects to do but having trouble motivating myself to get started on them. Need to do a bunch of sorting and shucking excess stuff. That is not a job that is easy to start, you have to have just the right mood going to de-clutter.

Intake today was 1145 with sodium at 1591, over RDA but not enough to fret over. Likely to eat out tomorrow. Neighbor would like take out, either Subway or Sonic. Town doesn't offer a lot in the way of carry out, pizza, burgers/sandwiches unless you get a meal to go from the restaurant. Guess I'll wait to see what she wants. Out of here for tonight, gotta make the bed yet.

DONE

Breakfast:

1 oz walnuts 110
olives 30

Lunch:

Eggplant Parmesan 100
Spaghetti 300
Tiny Crunch bar 150 IDK

The egg plant was novel; it was good. Will have it again.

Dinner:

Cheese toast 150

Exercise:

10 sets of 100 curls & 40 pushes w/ 3 lb/hand
