Beautiful sunshine today! That damn window seat is wreaking havoc with my doing anything. Well, I actually did finish the jewelry projects, got paid for them tosay. I also clipped coupons, most will go overseas to military bases but I found a couple I will use. Later, took the neighbor to her first physical therapy session. It was interesting to watch but I will probably take a book next time.

Intake so far today is at 976 but I'm planning on a cup of coffee with creamer after while. I am freezing tonight and need that hot drink. Maybe a downside of weight loss is being cold all the time. I remember this years ago when I lost a lot of weight, spent the winter chronically cold. Need to go add another layer of clothes, thermal socks and slippers.

Ok, the coffee ended up being a snack moment, add 200 to that total. Salt was under the RDA so overall the intake today was quite acceptable. WG -2.8. BP is still spiking in late afternoon. Monitoring for rest of the week, if it keeps up, I'll check in with the doc.
