My idea of vegan is grass fed beef and lamb, corn fed pork and chickens

@zorialoki I wish it was! I prefer to associate it with kindness. I went vegan to get rid of migraines and it worked. I have a cousin who is the only vegan I know, always kind and I followed her example because I saw the benifit... I do fully get and support all the reasons for staying vegan but I admit if not for 30 yeas of pain I would not be vegan. My cousin lives 8 states away so effectively if not for the internet I would be a vegan in a vacuum anyway, I’ll have a tofu scramble
