I have a lot of problems with this. He CLEARLY doesn’t know how to cook a chicken.

Well, but have you TRIED it his way?
@OpposingOpposum 1. You don’t cook a frozen chicken
2. Final temp is only 165F not 400F
3. You run the risk of it disintegrating.
