My ex husband used to scream that our firstborn baby wasn’t his and call me a whore even though he knew he was my first and only man when I got pregnant.
He would pull out this chestnut every time he wanted to verbally abuse me until the kid was about 10 years old and DNA testing was available.
I said, let’s go get him tested because if he isn’t yours, he ain’t mine either and we better go find his real parents. Curiously, he never made those comments again. I love science.
