& it wouldn't end with just teachers wounding themselves. The possibility of easily half a million more guns in schools is asking for major incidents!
@phxbillcee Unfortunately, sometimes we have to hit bottom before we wake up.
@JackPedigo Seems, especially with the "Cheeto in Charge" that we are heading in that direction!
@phxbillcee I believe we still have power. If the businesses lose customers they will change their course. A recent statement by Bill Gates said we are headed for another recession. How many times have there been stock market surges, like the present one, and then a crash. Rules were put in place to avoid this but the idiot crowd is removing those safeguards. People wake up when their pocketbooks are affected!
@JackPedigo & then still vote against their best interests when the right trigger-words, dog-whistle or fear meme is used! I am losing hope, honestly.
Anything to avoid the obvious: there are simply too many armed people already. Arming teachers and students (that has been suggested) only increases the gun industry's profit margin at the expense of everyone.
