I sense that many are needing more clarity on what Street Epistemology is, like I did. The definition given at the top of the page is only 1 of 4 given at the link provided at the top of the page. The other three I find to be more clarifying, so I suggest you take a look at that. I would add that Street Epistemology is about particular methods that have been devised which are effective in loosening the faith beliefs of the religious, and getting them to start questioning them. These encounters are typically one-on-one interactions. Peter Boghossian's book 'A Manual for Creating Atheists', is the foremost book on the subject. Anthony Magnabosco is one of the foremost practitioners of these methods, having uploaded many such encounters on youtube. Here is one of them:

Nice, I met Anthony at the American Atheist convention. He's working hard but I don't know how he pays the bills. He's working on simplifying his techniques to make it easier to start talking with people. Good stuff!

Not going to lie, I'm 5 minutes in and I'd have laughed out loud in the guys face twice. I feel like this may not be the work I am fit for, but it is interesting to watch him progress the discussion.

I'm sure that at least one of the references to archaeological evidence must have been one of those. It was probably the only thing that made me go WTF.

Just joined, looking forward to checking these tutorials out. I'll admit I've been a harsh debater with religious people, more geared toward preventing the spread than loosening the hold, and I don't know if I'm interested in deconversion myself, but it will be interesting to see some of the methodology played out.
