Trying a new herbal tea this evening. :) The chamomile in this blend definitely takes over. It's nice, but overall a little pricey for 6 sachets, I probably won't buy again, but will definitely enjoy it while it lasts. yawn

I am a die-hard earlgrey tealover. I've once had about 20 different kinds in my cupboard all at once. I drink and experiment with other teas from time time and I also make my own Indian tea. It's absolutely delicious.

Has anyone here had yerba mate the traditional way? My mom's side of the family is from Argentina whenever they come up we have it. It is served in it's own type of glass, loose leads in the glass with a metal straw that has holes. It is a bit bitter...

So there is a place I frequent and one day it had a french toast tea that tasted exactly like french toast. That was probably one of the best teas I've ever had. What was your favorite tea you have tried?

What are you sipping today? It's finally dreary and gray here in the Pacific Northwest, which means hot tea season is upon us! I'm drinking Golden Monkey tea from Silk Road Teas this afternoon.

You guys, I may have gone a little tea crazy today. I spent 6 hours at the Northwest Tea Festival attending workshops and presentations, shopping, and talking to vendors. I think I've found my utopia - there was free tea at nearly every booth and...

POLL Do you like stevia in your tea? I have tried to like it since it's in a lot of herbal blends, but the aftertaste always gets me. I am not a fan.

POLL When I was young, my British grandmother taught me how to make tea. Part of the ritual involve preheating the tea pot before adding the tea and boiling water. I don't do that anymore unless I'm showing off for company. Do any of you warm the teapot ...

My daughter is serving Sugar Plum Forest tea. It has a lovely, smooth fruity flavour. I dislike the hint of bitterness from the rooibos, but the hibiscus is pleasant. [steepster.com]

What is your favourite flavour for first cup of tea of the day? Mine is Cardamom Chai. I enjoy the caffeine charge and the spicy kick. Wakes me up and makes me cheerful :-)
