An Electrifying Tribute to Johnny Clegg who passed away last year.

Johnny Clegg was a South African musician. He was also presented/awarded an OBE for his contribution to democracy through his music. He was called the "white zulu boy".

That's so powerful...so many tribes represented! Thanks! He would have been happy to be there, wouldn't he?

It was such a touching tribute by some of our great musicians.

@TimeOutForMe I enjoyed this just now...

African music (especially South African music) is so powerful.

@LucyLoohoo That is one of my favourites with Juluka, I like "Impi" too and "Asimbonanga". This one was for Mandela when he was still in prison.

@LucyLoohoo This is an 80s one by Steve Kekane "hotstix Mabusa" and PJ Powers.

His music was one of a kind - UNIQUE!

Those were fun! I liked the first one because it reminds me of how much fun people can have, making music with simple instruments and lots of good humor! The second was interesting...a higher male voice singing with a lower female voice always stops me for a minute! Both of them were very joyous! Thanks!
