I have, for many years, had a reoccurring dream in which I discover a drug that gives everyone who takes it empathy for everyone else. I slip it into the water supply and suddenly the world is a better place as people can no longer stand to abuse and exploit anyone. If only...
@LB67, yes, if only... but i trust to be fine once i overcome feeling sorry for myself. after all, australia is a big, mostly dry & warm country, & i am suitably equipped with a swag now. all good.

@Lilac-Jade I have seen them in concert twice over the years, which is highly unusual for me. They put on a good show. This song has been speaking to me more, as of late.
@LB67 I haven't managed to see them live, but have seen Farmer's Daughter, Patricia Conroy, Prairie Oyster, Gary Fjellgaard, (twice) Oakridge Boys, & Michelle Wright. I can't travel, so we wait to see who comes to our small city.
