Yes, I have tons of energy.

Freshly liquidised green apples - half a litre minimum.

No I don't... Diabetes takes the energy fun out of your daily life even when things are under control, which I try to maintain. So, my booster to get things done day in day out (rolling drum sound here please)..... Coffee !!! Voila !!

I used to before I got sick. Sunshine and warm weather really helps. Why do I live in New England? It snowed again today just to be annoying.

I try to stay away from that stuff.

Where I live the malady 'SAD' is common. Even though our climate is mild we cannot escape the fact that our northerly latitude gives us long, dark winters (and vice versa summers). I find energy begets energy (like sex summers are the worst) and when I am active I get more energy. Biking, hiking, kayaking outside projects add to my energy levels. Consequently, sitting (at this site) in the winter becomes a bit draining.

I think I have just the right amount of energy. Since I'm retired, and don't have to conform to a work schedule, I get an optimum amount of sleep and eat a more balanced diet, plus, I can moderate my exercise to suit my energy level.

My only demand for energy output is self-imposed (no job, small kids, etc.), so as long as my health is good, which it seems to be, then I figure I'm OK.

I am pretty sedate and sedentary by nature. Ironically, I also tend to have mor eendurance than most other people. For instance, when on hikes, I usually need fewer rests than others in the group.

It boosts energy to take an early morning walk.

Also great, a cup of cho-wa tea a day, tiny amounts of MX sarsaparilla powder (powdered root beer), dump most cooked and processed food, dump red meat-most meat, actually, except for fish.

The gym is a "natural" energy booster.

No, not really but I do get a natural buzz if I find something interesting to do and sometimes have to finish it. I'm all or nothing by nature and don't do things by halves.

I am nothing but energy when I'm truly rested.
I take daily supplements and different herbal extracts. I love my different herbal teas.

My brain and my body are in two different timetables. Pain factor neglected or not observed. Caffeine is Source.

Yes! I have an enormous amount of energy. Being among good company and having good conversations , vitamin/mineral supplements, good sleep, working hard and feeling productive, regular exercise, attention to my appearance, COFFEE, and finally: rest and relaxation a must (easy music, bubble baths, watching rented movies in bed, cooking).

Coffee. Particularly at the end of day.

1

Coffee of course ... but in general I have better energy now that I’m vegan than before. ... also when completely wiped out sexual energy can amaze oneself, that’s the real resurrection.

1

I had less energy before taking thyroid replacement hormone. Turned out I had Hashimoto's Disease.

@Kassie Sorry for your friend. Luckily it’s manageable.

I haven't had energy since I was 12 years old. My energy levels dropped off a lot when I was in 9th grade, and never recovered. I do notice a difference when I eat a strict whole, raw, plant-based diet, though; my energy levels noticeably increase — but not to the point where I'd consider myself to truly be energetic. A little exercise can help, too.

Surprisingly I have a pretty good amount of energy to me.. Despite the rigors of my past few years I still manage to pluck up the energy for the day.. Coffee helps that's for damn sure but without it I can manage just fine.
