I'm sure I could easily find the artist but I'm being lazy this morning. But, had I been this Dave this would be how I'd...misbehave.
Still, I throw 3 strikes at anyone calling "copyright infringement"
1 - It is very likely in public domain now (the net does shi...stuff like that)
2 - By modern copyright law, I now 'own' this in that I have changed it by more than 10% and besides...
3 - Seeing its parody, it's also covered by modern international copyright laws.
For an artist who thrives on parody, this shi...stuff is important to know!

What parts did you change as to make this fair use? If it’s the text at the top then fine. If you just put the text at the bottom, then I would not say it is transformative.

@DangerDave I am talking about copyright law. ‘Fair use’ is name given to the exception you are describing where one protected work can be used by another without violating copyright. I think?
