Any other "Heavy Metal" (COMICS/MOVIES) fans?

I am! In fact my highly censored one page "photo-graphic novellas" were in part inspired by them. I was selective of the covers (you can see on racks in comic shops anywhere) but let's see if these get past the ever watchful eyes of the prudes and haters!
Anyway, LOVE this magazine! I discovered it soon after it came out in my first year of college while a stoner (then chemistry) student...geek lust at first site!
In fact it joined my influences for short, sometimes one page, "straight to the point/punchline" Tales along with National Lampoon and, even as a child, such comics as Eerie and Vampirella.

@DangerDave Wouldn't doubt it. One of the few things I agree with conservatives on, but with reservations. Tend to side more with "liberal" cutting edge comedians who get major pushback on college campuses for humor that doesn't conform. It's not supposed to conform! It's supposed to push envelopes! So is art!
