Any Texans here? My favorite place to go for a day hike is Lost Maples State Park in Vanderpool. My second favorite place is Enchanted Rock State Park in Fredericksburg. Had anyone here been to either of these?

Yes. The photos of it on their website don't do it justice; you really do have to go there to see how gorgeous it actually is!
Used to live in Texas. Could use an excuse to visit. What are the details about what those places are like?
