Radical dihedrals. Reminds me of Devil's Tower.

Nice photos. The vine covered tree is a nature sculpture!

Yea I thought it was really cool. I’ve never seen anything like that. Made it look like a Christmas tree.

Gorgeous!
CDT? Continental Divide Trail?
AT?

Yes. Continental Divide Trail. North of Silver City, NM. AT is the Appalachian Trail, pics in a separate post are from the section north of Damascus, Virginia.

@Charl5 I was thinking Appalachian trail but thought 'in Arizona maybe some trail there...'.

CDT? AT? Where is this? Nice pictures BTW.

These were taken on the Continental Divide Trail north of Silver City, NM. AT is the Appalachian trail.

@Charl5 I wondered if it was The Arizona Trail.

@GeorgeRocheleau The Arizona Trail is on my list of retirement thru-hikes. Can’t wait to hike it.

Posted by CallMeDaveI've never been a big wildflower person, but this is the season for it here in Appalachia. Other people can identify every variety. I'm not there yet.
