I remember what got me on the libertarian ban wagon. Abolish the income tax , IRS , and back good ole sales tax.

WE should migrate to a tax system that doesn't require the use of force by government to take what it wants.

@Bushshaker, transaction tax would be best. Any transfer of wealth from one person or group to another would be taxed at the same rate. No exceptions.
That's cool. I think eventual elimination of all taxes should be the goal since government can't do anything right and only causes more problems instead of solving anything, but I can respect at least recognizing how broken and counterproductive the "progressive" income tax is.

@Bushshaker A social/democracy, which is probably where we will end up someday anyway. We are kind of there now. We just haven't taken the plunge, but we probably will. The Millennials might be the ones that force the changes or make the changes. Big changes are always generational.
