Most trees have many branches. The tree of the knowledge of good and evil can so as well branch into many different branches.

Understanding good ways of doing things can develop morals. "The moral of the story", stories of things done that from morals or understandings of things previously done that work out or not. Rules develop and written laws can come about. To follow all these good morals, rules and written laws would make a person rather "right" or righteous. Now, this does not mean that all written laws are specifically "good". But historically as things evolve peoplekind has honed laws to be more and more refined. Evolution of laws and governance of people begins with a knowledge of good and evil.

So, lets start with sone people that are "animalistic" to not have concern of their naked body and give them a shame of reproductive parts to keep their use more private.

Dilemma - a choice to be made. So, once it was said, to be like God one just need to have knowledge of good and evil. It was not an apple tree, it was a tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

A rule given about this tree called the knowledge of good and evil, "do not eat the fruit".
What sort of fruit would that be? an oxymoron, conflation of good and evil?

God damn genious. The biblical text is so god damn genious, but most people only care to use it for their own god damn selfish desires because they are just too god damb stupid to understand much of anything of a deep intellectual understanding. Good/evil relative as to the point of the observer. One persons observation may differ from anothers. Anothers opinion of what's good for you forced up on you may not be considered good by you.
