Due to a TBI(traumatic brain injury) I need all the brain power that I can get. I’m determined to restore the coconut. For the most part, the brain with heal itself with the right tools, and will create new pathways. Most people don’t need the extra help. I don’t always get enough mushrooms in my diet to get the benefits. The actual Lions Mane mushrooms are
dreadful so I supplement for the benefits.
This is what I take. I like the capsules
this way I don’t have to taste the powders. 
The powders are horrible but I had to deal with
that due to the benefits. So capsules are my new
friends.
