When I got married 20 years ago my little sister came to the reception and she looked like my mother. We saw her again 10 years later and now she looked like my grandmother. Ate whatever she wanted and was also a heavy smoker. Too bad as she was very attractive at one time.

Wow so you saw the difference.

@Wildgreens Oh yeah, it was really obvious. Unfortunately, this sister never seemed to care about anything. She never took care of herself and her 3rd husband kicked her out of the house. She ended up homeless until my brother found her and had her come to live with him (he had 4,500 sq ft home so there was plenty of room. She became a pet sitter and their house sitter. Her own kids seemed to have abandoned her. I remember she was really happy when she had all her teeth replaced with implants. She is now about 66. Last time I saw her was 10 years ago. My brother has said she is having health issues.
I am the eldest and have been a lifelong believer in being proactive in all matters especially one's health. Until the pandemic hit I was gong to the gym regularly and felt in the best shape in over 10 years. Luckily, I have weights at home and have devised a system of daily work outs + walking, biking and especially diet.

Vegans and vegetarians do age better than meat eaters. It’s a fact that shows on the face and body!

Posted by BDairWhy was there never a word about healthy diets and essential vitamins and nutrients? Liquor stores and 'big box' stores never closed. This was never about public health.
