@bbyrd009 You're confusing worship with humanism which has nothing to do with prostrating yourself to a deity.

Looks like a great site...for gnostic atheists! Maybe you can lure all those here there?
DangerDave replies on Dec 14, 2020:
@barjoe Maybe but I'd like to know how many members have indicated they're agnostic and atheist. Regardless, the gnostics are what make this a stupid site.

DangerDave replies on Dec 13, 2020:
@xenoview I'm agnostic because I don't know (whether or not there is/are god/s). I'm an apatheist because I don't care...in fact, I feel the very argument to be a ridiculous waste of time given our limited knowledge, understanding and perception. That's the short answer. I've written a lot on this site tagged #apatheist and #apatheism as have others on our views and general information.

@TheGreatShadow I know you meant *The God Delusion* (read it and didn't read gnostic atheism into it, though he clearly is about 'manmade' beliefs) but the rest of what you said is indecipherable.

Might as well get used to the likes of Pelosi and Sanders since young Dems are becoming more progressive. I'd like to give them a chance. Typically, only things that are considered to be "good" are attributed to God. Disasters or losses are attributed to the devil or that sin turned the world corrupt. Never mind that either of these other explanations are part of God's plan making God ultimately responsible either way.
