I enjoy plants and love dogs. I grow food in my yard, some years more than others. I like to walk in the woods with my dogs about every other day. I am a social person normally. but not lately for several reasons. I am also a secular Buddhist. I meditate daily. I go on silent retreat every six months. I have four grown children in Asheville and one is about to move to California. I am very liberal politically and enjoy discussing many subjects including politics. I am passionately anti-racist and a Bernie supporter. I would definitely call myself a feminist. I am politically active as my energy level permits. I am very monogamous and looking for that in a partner. I like to eat local and organic foods as much as possible. I am not a vegan. I am more paleo in my food choices. Feel free to ask me anything.
