When you dig down and find them (usually they are just below the surface, otherwise you would have already examined and challenged them), you want to challenge each thought, for it’s true meaning, toward your support! If a thought is not warning you of impending danger or helping you solve some question, or giving you joy...then it is just needless worry! A habit born out of fear of the unknown. But, everything is unknown until we learn it! And we do that a little at the time...as we would loose our minds if a ‘bucket full’ of knowledge was dumped into our minds all at once! So allow yourself to learn...in each moment! Not, what happened ‘yesterday’ as what happened yesterday, will never be duplicated, never! The same thing that happens will have some new angle...if it should happen again. No one can predict the future, so don’t spent your time there, unless you are a psychic and plan on developing that skill! You can make plans, but you will find that even they will need adjusting as you proceed! So worry is not necessary for the future...you will learn as you go! All this takes practice, but it will help you to feel that you are in control of your life, at least as much as is needed to live confidently! (Life cannot be controlled, we have to ‘live’ it, in each moment.) You have every right to learn in your own time and to learn the things that you want to learn.
