I became unemployed just before Thanksgiving. I am doing OK. I will have out of town guests for Christmas so I am not job searching just yet. I am also trying to get some health issues resolved, I have a sleep study next week. I have used this time to deep clean and purge in my house. There was lots of stuff I had not touched in nearly 10 years. I sold almost all my books, and videos at a half price store. I have given lots of stuff to goodwill. My kids know and are very supportive.

Very good advice.

In the long run it doesn't matter. Whether or not there was a man called Jesus, there is no god. The buybull was written by powerful men to control others less powerful, including punishing women for being women. He wasn't a "christian" because christianity did not exist prior to his supposed life. IMHO The Goatherder's Guide To The Galaxy is the most dangerous book of all time. How many wars have been started because of it? How many people not involved in war have lost their lives because of it? Think of all the women burned as witches. How much further ahead would be be in science if the early church had not disrupted the lives of the scientists? Much of the evil of the world has occurred because of religion.

Honestly height has never been an issue for me. I dated a guy that was over a foot taller than I was, and I dated a guy that was shorter than I was. I will grant you, taller people are good to have around, but there are so many other considerations. Too bad there isn't a test for tolerance levels. I don't mean to sound snarky, but some cats are "discerning" when it comes to food. Then which ever brand is best is which brand that they will eat. My cats like and do well on one of the big grocery store brands, and I don't remember what brand that is. One will only eat the dry food. I also feed Friskies canned pate. I put it down in the morning, the younger cat will eat it, and she eats the dry food for the rest of the day. Keep fresh water out at all times. My cats are about 8 years old and 6 years old.
